How do my attendees claim their spots in the group?

1. Log into your Snowbird Account Dashboard.

2. Select “View Itineraries“.

3. Select “Manage Roster” for the event.

4. Click “Copy It” to the right of the Itinerary Link.

5. Copy the Link and email it to parents/attendees.

Once you send the link to your parents/attendees, they can copy and paste it into their web address bar. They will follow the site step by step to claim their spot and complete the forms.

Under “Name” you’ll see the name of your group and “Quantity – (number)” This number indicates the number of attendees who have not followed the “Itinerary Link” to claim their spot within the roster. Please have them do so.
