COVID-19 Policies For Student Retreats At Snowbird

If you’ve been here in years’ past, some things have changed because of COVID.

Please watch the video above for all the details.

You’ll notice in the video, that per our NC Executive orders,

1. We will be operating in cohort groups. You’ll travel to everything as a group – meals, shower times, cabins, worship, and rec. If you’re in a group of 10 or less, we may combine you with another cohort. If you’re from a larger church, we may divide your group into sub-cohorts. Your cohort group will stay spaced out from other groups, both by proximity and schedule.

You’ll find a schedule on our app that guides your cohort through your retreat.

2. We’ll be doing temperature checks every day. In addition, you’ll need to do temp checks for your students prior to arrival at SWO.

3. Everyone will be required to wear a mask at all times during your retreat (unless you have a medical condition that prohibits you from doing so).

Some things have changed for COVID – but what hasn’t changed is that we are going to meet together, hear from the Word, have a great time, and hopefully leave with lives changed.

We’ll see you here!

This retreat at SWO will likely look a bit different, but our Mission remains the same. Thanks for being flexible and for your efforts to partner with us for a healthy environment at SWO, and for the furtherance of the Gospel. Please feel free to contact our office for more information.
