Brody Holloway : Luke 5:12-15, 20-25, 27-28 : March 2, 2018

As believers, we are to follow Jesus and become more like Him. This is what it means to be disciples of Christ. To be a disciple of Jesus is to surrender to His calling. Since we have access to Scripture, we can look at the lives of faithful men and women who were great disciples of Jesus. Throughout the New Testament, God changed the lives of some of the most underrated people in society — a leper, a paralytic man, and a tax collector —all to glorify Himself.

He will do the same with us if we simply obey and follow him.

“If you are a Christian, you are a Christian that the God of the universe, the Creator, had the authority to look at, dead in the face, and say ‘follow me’.” – Brody Holloway
