Breakout: A Snapshot of Youth Culture

In our increasingly tech-savvy world, it is dizzying to try to keep up with every trend into which our students are buying. Everything is changing and at a staggering pace. We need to develop a strategy for how we can look at the culture, distinctively as Christians, and convey God’s truth to the students to whom we are ministering. To do this, Zach Mabry will look at the underlying messages affecting our students in areas like social media, music, movies, fan- fiction, and video games.
