Summer Staff:
Snowbird brings in over 80 college-age adults to serve on staff during our summer months. This boosts our staff/camper ratio up to 1:3, and allows unlimited opportunities for studenst to connect with healthy, God-seeking role models who genuinely care about them.
Our staff undergoes an intensive 2-week training period, which is used to train them in running on-campus challene course elements, guiding the Nantahala River, and leading other outdoor recreations like caving, mountain biking and canoeing. During this time they are also challenged with basic doctrinal teachings of scripture and the application of these truths to the life of the believer. With our staff leading in both worship service and recreation, we are able to share the love of Chrsit with your students and to address their specific needs.
