Food:
2004 was the first summer with a fully operational, professional kitchen. Pumping out three hot meals a day for nearly 400 people for 10 weeks in the summer isn't an easy task, but with the amazing kitchen staff, led by culinary genius, Sam Mabry, our students are blown away.
Between our hot bar line and salad and soup bar, students who are not satisifed with greatness, have the option of ready made "PB and J" sandwiches. The food here is for sure, a great reason to come back for seconds!
